CREAMY CINNAMON
Our Creamy Cinnamon honey is made with hand selected batches of local Wildflower honey with a deeper, richer profile. This is a creamed honey, also known as 'Spun' or 'Crystallized' with a thicker viscosity simliar to frosting or cream. We use a different technique to whip the honey from its crystallized form, into a smooth and creamy texture.
Pair with: coffee, chai teas, oatmeal, pumpkin bread, dinner rolls, toast.
